Have fun by learning how to assist your partner in releasing stress and tension through the ancient practice of Thai Yoga Massage. This form of body work is over 2,000 years old and affects the entire body by increasing flexibility and releasing tension.

You will learn simple techniques that will give you the tools to enjoy massage whenever you want. It's a gift that keeps on giving!

Everything worthwhile takes preparation—and labor, delivery, and birth are no exception. Learn how to be more connected with your baby and more engaged in your labor and delivery experience.

Through poses designed to strengthen your body and calm your mind, you'll gain valuable tools to help you through this amazing time in your life. Find ease and comfort in your body with relaxation and deep-breathing techniques. Give yourself this chance to get to know your body and build confidence in your ability to give birth. Yoga gives you the tools and permission to let go and relax completely in this supported environment.

This workshop is appropriate for students with limitations. Great for all levels!

If you are new to yoga and/or pilates or are just looking to refine your understanding of the fundamentals, this 8 week program is for you!

Working in a small group setting that emphasizes individual attention, we will focus on learning and exploring movement. You will receive take-home handouts, reading suggestions, homework, and an assessment by each instructor at the end of the series.
